Hi, I canceled my subscription a month ago and apparently I paid to much. Now I have some money that I would like to return to my bank account, how can I do that ?

 

 

If you had pre-authorized payment setup, they would refund to that. If you didn't have, they will send you a cheque to the address on file with Koodo in 4-6week https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/things-know-about-cancelling-koodo?
