What is the reason that you cannot call in to speak with a rep to cancel?
Hi there,
reps on here cannot close accounts. Instead, if you’re unable to call a rep due to poor signal or if you’re out of country, you can reach a rep through Koodo’s social media pages.
If you scroll to the bottom of this page, you will find logo’s associated with Facebook and X (Twitter). If you hit those, it will take you to the correct page where you can message a rep to cancel the account. Once cancelled, you will receive your final bill from koodo.
If you’re porting to another carrier, then your account will just be closed once the number successfully ports to the new company.
