HOW to access a real PERSON? Chat does everything to avoid this.

So much time is wasted to display payment information, in order to update my credit card.

An agent could solve this so quickly. Get rid of the auto-answer Robot. 

Protest to others about this service. 

Disgraceful attitude by Koodo’s owner:  TELUS Corp.

At one time before Telus fired real persons working at KOODO, the employees were great, helpful, and you wanted to be here.

The chatbot does not answer why one of your pages has an error message !!!!

@donk44 Unfortunately payment related transactions have mostly been kept to be only accessed by you due security protections.  While I can see there was an attempt to take payment for the last 2 months, for one reason or another payment wasn’t successful.  However, indications are it’s on the issuer side for your card. You may want to reach out to them and ask what would cause the error.  This is most we can see from our end. Likely not the answer you were hoping for but it may help with next steps.
