When they went to take the payment out of my account I didn't have money in there how do I re start the payment s 

When did it happen?

If the system can’t process your payment, they could charge you a fee. Anyway, I recommend you contact Koodo directly  by scheduling a call back and ask a rep to look into it.


I did because I can't find my account number they have to contact the internet team and call me back still waiting as we speak 


Well the payment was scheduled to go threw on the 25 of Oct but my internet only disconnected today ?? 


Are you still waiting for the call back? Is this specifically for the internet payment or a Koodo mobile bill as part of it?
