A payment was due, I paid it through my bank. I guess this wasn’t fast enough, and my phone’s been suspended. I scheduled a call back, but it never came because my number is suspended. Assist doesn’t understand my question and keeps referring me to getting a call back. Is there any solution to this ?

 

Payments made through your bank take 3-5 business days to process.
If you make a payment via a credit or visa debit card, it would be applied right away and restore service.

You can also try dialing #227 to talk to the payment dept from your cellphone and it should go through, even with service suspended.
