my wife flew to Chicago last week for work and she has the roaming on for $14/day for four days. Now since this was last week, Koodo does not have an official bill with these charges.
how can I get the reciept or invoice of those charges as my wife needs to file for her expenses

Koodo doesn't send out roaming fee as a separate bill. Those will be combined into the monthly bill of your wife number. I would suggest you wait for that. Normally it would show up in the 3rd or 4th page of the PDF bill.
