I am an existing customer with koodo, but i still got charged 70$ connection fees when i added a phone to my line during black friday deals. On website, it says 70$ fees is for sim and all which i already had and just upgraded my plan. So is it possible now to get the fees waived somehow because thats too much for me?

The connection fee is applicable for orders in store or over the phone.

The connection fee is waived when you order online.

Not really, it is the way Koodo made money. Every time, you asked a rep to renew, the system automatically charge you the connection fee. It is only “free” when you did it yourself in self-serve.
