Hello, I canceled my service mid-December. Then received my last bill totaling 13 dollars, but on Jan 13th I received another bill that increased the 13 dollar bill to 73 with a full month of service charge added to it. my attempts to contact Koodo were unsuccesfull

Did you actually cancel (you would be surprised how some people assume just stopping usage will cancel their account)?  If so, How did you cancel?

Can you also download your detailed pdf ebills from the last 3 months.  What are the charges saying?  Has there been any changes or is it just the regular bill?  Yes, you will need to carefully read pages 3 & 4 of the pdf ebill to fully understand what is happening.


I transfered my number to Fido. I received and email from koodo that my service will be ending on Dec 13th and that I would only be charged for the part of the half of the month, hence the 13 dollar charge. My new charges totaling 60 dollars say they are monthly service charges. My Fido number is active

From what can be verified, the latest invoice contains the charge for TAB Bonus. The agreement for the device was still ongoing until October of 2025.  Canceling the service before that period ends will trigger the pay-off of the TAB Debit balance to the next invoice after the cancelation. 

You can check the detailed invoice by downloading it as PDF and also, you can download the Customer Service Agreement using the Self Serve account
