Hello. Good evening. 
I canceled my plan on September 11th through a phone call with Koodo service. 
After that, I left Canada and am staying in another country. 


But last week, Koodo charged me $43. 
I'm very worried, so I need your help.

 

1. Why was it charged $43 when I already canceled the plan? Do I have to pay this?
2. koodo Callback Service doesn't call overseas numbers. Is there a way I can call koodo Service or E-mail?

After cancellation, Koodo would send you a bill to settle everything between you and Koodo as per your service agreement. 
As of now, you still can access your selfserve and download the lastest Pdf bill to see why Koodo charged you that amount.
