Is Koodo aware that there is a fake Facebook page pretending to be the Koodo site for handling callbacks and billing problems? Some customers, when directed to contact Koodo via Facebook, X or other social media sites, will unknowingly end up on the scam site.
The scammers pretend to be getting verification information, including banking info. They then say they are going to run a simulated purchase on a shopping app to confirm the identity of the Koodo customer.
