Hi there, i am inder actually i recently started using koodo mobile service and i also done payment by time but now this month it show me 109$ bill which is very high , my regular payment is 44$ , plz humble request help me to reduce this extra charges , I don’t know how this happened, i am unable to fill this huge amount of bill bcz currently I am student and i also haven’t any job or work again plz reduce this extra bill

when you check your PDF bill in your Koodo self serve, what does it say the extra charges are for? When you check them, are the charges valid? Steps to download your PDF bill can be found in the link below. It will outline the reason for each charge. 👍

Hi ​@Singh-2 the extra charges are valid and are caused by pay-per-use text messages sent to US numbers. You can check the usage in your self serve account.
