I have not received any email or a call regarding this increase. I have barely started this line few months ago and was told that the base rate of $35 will be my price for 24 months. Now all of a sudden, it has changed to $40 this month. What is the reason? And Who shall I contact regarding this?

Any price increase has to be announced 30 days before. Usually it’s done so in the fine print at the very bottom of the bill before the price increase occurred.
