Error 500

I’m having issues to pay my bill which is returning error 500. I used a VPN and I was able to put card details but it only accepts canadian credit cards.

1 - I’m not in Canada AND I don’t have a Canadian bank account yet.

2- I can’t schedule a callback because I have an Australian phone number.

3- I need to validate my international credit card!

 

What should I do?

Are you a prepaid or postpaid customer? If you are overseas, you could contact Koodo via Facebook messaging to see the option to pay. Links are below at the bottom of this webpage

 

Monthly postpaid. Already contacted them, still waiting for a response.
