Two weeks ago posted here regarding easy roam charge when I did not enter the US.  ​@Georgia Koodo replied indicating that a credit was added to my account and that I can see it in Selfserve; however, I cannot see the credit.  Sorry to create another thread but I can’t find the old thread, and even the email sent to me the link to the thread doesn’t work.

Hi again ​@dandr, a credit for the roaming charge ($14+tax) was added to your account on January 6 when we spoke last. The bill will not be re-issued but you will be able to see the credit reflected in your total due. 

I looked again.  It does not show a credit.  I did the math, and the total due does not account for the credit.  Let me know if you want to see a screen shot of of the page.

How did you pay the bill?

Your January bill came out with $100.90 total new charges, your current total is $85.08. The difference between the two reflects the credit added to your account, $15.82, $14+tax. Let me know if you’re seeing something different in your Self Serve.
