I turned off my data when I was abroad, and Koodo still charged me easy Rome. 

Today is my due for bill payment, please help to resolve this issue. 

I cannot reach out to a rep two days in a row even if I keep asking chat to connect.

To avoid this from happening again, make sure to manually select your network to Koodo, so that your phone does not automatically connect to a nearby U.S. cellular tower.


Hi ​@User11211 the charge is valid and was triggered by outgoing SMS while you were abroad.
