Hi,

I am confused on why it appears as if I used easy roam during the last bill cycle. sicnce I did not leave the country or made international calls or messages.  

It was automatically charged to my credit card on Nov 1st. Is there anything I can do to remove the charge?

I did not recieve any notifictaion for it so I did not realize till I logged in to pay my credut card.

Unfortunately we could not authenticate the account through the method you used to log in. Log out of the Community and when you log in, use the Self Serve account as shown in the picture below:

We have looked in to the roaming charges, and they were triggered by data usage in the September 21-22 period. The phone was connected to US towers throughout and there was no Canadian usage during this period.

The charges are valid, you can also check the usage section in self serve and the PDF bill
