I have been charged for an Easy Roam bill of $16 for 6 days!!!!
I did not use my phone while on travel in Europe because I bought a separate SIM card with data.
I only swapped SIM at night to make sure I receive incoming text messages.

If this is true, then why is the billing include the per day charges in the total?
There is no other way to connect to anyone to resolve this and customers are at the mercy and hoping that someone will respond to these community forums.
The online chat is useless as it only provides information on contents that are already in the website anyway.
