I traveled to the USA Oct 9 and used Roam for that day. Returned to Canada Oct 16.
I was charged for that 1 day on my Oct bill which was correct and paid.
I was again charged for Roam on my Nov bill.
I do not live near the USA border.

I have my Nov bill with the new roam charge and is paid via auto pay already
The bill that was paid a few days ago was the October bill which includes the charge for October 9th that you mentioned above.
Once the November bill is issued, please let us know and we will look into it.
