Easy Roam

I got charged for Easy Roam and I did not leave Canada. How do I dispute the charge?

Were you travelling near border recently and was it just a notification of easyroam or an amount on your latest bill?

No I wasn’t near the border. It’s a charge of $14 on my bill that I called from the US and I did not leave Canada

Hi @Dpelk

We have checked and we have been able to remove the roaming charge since this was due to accidental roaming.

We recommend turning the data roaming off while in Canada.
