Hello,

I have been charged for stream + on my credit card and on my phone bill for 2 months in a row. 

When I signed up over the phone, I made sure with the koodo representative that I wasn't going to be charged twice. This phone call was over a hour due to service technician difficulties. I'm very unhappy, I was told I would not be charged on my phone bill once the credit card payment went through. Now I'm being charged a extra $28 twice. 

Please fix as I asked this question multiple times over this hour phone call!
