On August 13th I was double-charged for my prepaid phone. I expected that I just wouldn’t be charged again on September 13th, but I was charged again. Looking at my online payment history, it doesn’t show the double payment, but both show on my credit card statement, one after the other.

 

How can I get a credit issued?

unfortunately reps on this platform have limited abilities when it comes to prepaid accounts. To have your issue looked into, you will need to schedule a call back with a prepaid Koodo rep via Koodo assist in the link below. Once you follow the link, click koodo assist, chat now, mobility - prepaid and then follow the prompts from the chat bot to setup a call back with a rep. I’m wondering if I should just dispute the transaction with my credit card  company?


They do not charge for the calls, all plans come with unlimited incoming calls so you would be good 😎 it might be worth a shot with the credit card company as prepaid is a subscription based service so they may not be able to just give the money back, but hey trying both wouldn't hurt that's for sure.
