Hello, last day I paid my phone manually, the first payment appeared as failed, so I tried again.

but In my bank account shows 2 charges 

I contacted my bank, but they said you should be the ones fixing it

How did you pay? By credit card or online banking? If you paid by online banking, it takes more than few business days to reflect on your account.

Did you check your self serve: payment history and / due amount on your account? 


Can you provide a screenshot of your bill, as well as the two payments? Make sure to remove any personal details, as this is a public forum.


For sure, I paid with credit card, and my total is 90.40, so at first I tried with 90.40 but it showed as a failed payment, and I tried again with 40.40 and 50$

 

but it charged also the 90.40

Unfortunately we have limited access to payment related actions here, over the Community. We would recommend you to schedule a call-back and speak with our financial team in order to check the available options. 


I already called, they said the couldn’t do anything because they don’t have the record of that payment. But they didn’t even bother to ask me for evidence or transaction number, and in the bank they say they did the charge

As this is a payment inquiry, it can be addressed by either the bank, depending on their policy for canceling payments or with our Financial Team through a payment investigation.
