I was charged US roaming on Oct 18th and I was never in the US, I was in Toronto the whole time.
This is the third time this has happened this year, is there something I can do on my end to stop this?

We have reviewed the details and we have been able to remove the roaming charge since it was triggered due to accidental data roaming, feel free to check the details in your self serve account when you get the chance.
We recommend switching data roaming off and also switch to manual network and select Koodo in the phone settings, this would prevent the connection to a US tower when near the border.

To prevent accidental roaming you can change your network settings from Automatic to manaula nd then selecting Koodo.
However, Toronto is pretty far from the border. Are you sure it is accidental roaming charges? When you log into your self serve and down load your detailed pdf ebill does the line item actually say easy roam?
