Hello,

I have not gotten an additional discount of $5/mo. with auto-pay. I don't understand why as I always set up auto pay.

Can someone please help me ?

Do you have a plan that is eligible for auto pay?

 

(If you’ve had the same plan for more than a few months, it would be an older one that isn’t eligible)


I do I changed it to one that does have that option after I saw that my bill went up.
