I used to get bills that were around $45 so I would put $50 on it. That covered invisible charges I know nothing about. But December’s bill was $49+ and January’s bill is $50+.

So what’s up with this?

NoFrills has been advertising their rates to me, and it’s quite a bit cheaper than Koodo. If you don’t put my rate back down, I’ll probably have my number ported to their service.

Looking forward to your response.

Steve MacLellan

PS
Don’t send me messages like this:

Login to your self serve and download your past few detailed pdf ebills.   Compare the bills.  Do you see a change?  If you see a change, then on the last page of the pdf ebill prior to the change, there would be a notification of a pending bill increase.

If your plan did go up, you can go onto self serve and go to your Plan and change plan and see what alternative plan options are available to you (including personalized promo plans)

If your plan did go up,….

Thanks, Dennis. There’s no question. My rates went up. I setup a reminder for myself on my calender. If a Koodo employee doesn’t address this and put my rate back to where it was in 6 days, I’m moving on.

It is totally up to you.

In some cases, people were able to find better plans in the change plan area than what they had previously.
