Hi, I changed plans to fix the data issue at the beginning of the month, but am now being billed for both plans instead of any pro-rating. Can this be fixed before I have to pay for both plans? It also says my data has been paused again, so is the data issue persisting? thanks. 

I assumed you changed your rateplan on the 1st day of your billing cycle? If so, that error can happen. It was the known issue. The credit for the old plan will show up in the next billong cycle
