My plans says I am supposed to start the month with 40GB of 5G data, but is only starting me with 30. How do I correct this???

Hi there @Muck   Please check your rate plan in your Self Serve, under manage plans and -ons. You will see your current rate plan and the included data allotment included in it.  

We have looked into your account and the 30GB is correct, since you currently have the $60 30GB UL Can Min SFD (5G Speed)  plan.

@Muck  Thanks for that example, we have flagged it to the appropriate team..

It looks like a mistake/typo in the backened regarding the plan description..

i assure you that you have a 60$ 30Gb plan, since the day you signed up on 01/24/2024. You can also see the same plan on your customer service agreement confirming 60 $30GB . 


Update: The plan description should now be updated to display the correct info.
