Customer Service Email

Hello, I'm currently out of the country and have a bunch of easy roam charges despite not calling/texting on those days (they all show as a 1-minute call on my invoice). How do I talk to someone via email to get these erroneous charges removed?  Thanks for your help.

They don’t use email for normal customer communication though.

The 1min ER/VC on the call log actually wasn’t actual calls. They are there to denote something triggered easyroam (data usage, outgoing SMS, calls).

We see there were calls made in several days and in the other days where the Easy Roam charges were triggered there was data usage,  please check out this article to find out more about how to prevent unwanted roaming charges.
