had a call back today about my tab balance. eduardo gladly assisted me with that, and then I had a question about shifting from prepaid to postpaid so he offered to stay on the line with me to guide me. he had told me a different information, though he immediately amended it and was very apologetic about it. he even gave me a $15 credit to make up.

very satisfied with the great service. hope this reaches him as i forgot to stay on the line after the call for the survey. appreciate the help!
