Credits Not Applied Yet

Hi,

When i registered for Koodo, i used a link which mentioned - “Thanks for choosing Koodo! Our team is going to review some details and we’ll email you as soon as we’ve applied your first credit. You’ll receive $5 credits for the next 5 months totalling $25 (includes tax).”

I have already received 2 bills since then but no credit yet. When will this be processed?

Hi there,

is the link you went through a refer-a-friend link? And if so, was the email you provided for the setup of your Koodo account the same as what was done through the referral? Also, the credits usually take 4-8 weeks for it to be applied as long as the same emails were used and both the referee and referred have active accounts, not necessarily 2 bills.
