I tried to add my credit card to pay my bills but it has not been working and my payment is due today. 

My account is under my mom's name and both me and my dad are secondary users I believe. Could that be the case why my card doesn’t work?

Does the address of your credit card match the one in the account? If not, it may not work.

@Donu The address should be exactly as it appears on the credit card statement.

If it’s updated and you still encounter issues, please try through the IVR as @MilkyWay suggested.
