I am currently traveling back to my country and I am gonna return mid January(way past boxing day). Since koodo does not have chat support with live agent, will I incur roaming charges if I schedule a callback from koodo?

If you are overseas, you can chat with a rep via Facebook messaging. I wouldn't recommend scheduling a call back just for normal deal searching as they might not waive roaming fee
