I would like to know the contact email from Koodo. They promised to figure out my issue and send me back the result. But it has been 3 weeks, I didn’t get any reply.

The only email Koodo has is for webstore based orders: koodo.webstore@koodomobile.com
Any other inquiries would have to be made elsewhere. (Callback, Here, Facebook, Twitter).
