I started my plan and paid $60 connection fee on Dec 2023. I have told that the connection fee would be refund after two to three months. However, now I have receive the bill for March and the fee is not yet refund. Could I know what happen now and when would I get the refund? And would the tax also refund as I think part of the tax in Dec 2023 bill is related to the connection fee?
