Connection Fee is not waive and no update on adjustment of it

HI! Account - **08 I got the connection in Feb and it was mentioned there is no Connection Fee that is $60 but I saw its applied.

Can you please do the needful ?

If you had a promotion where the connection fee 8lis waived, the credit should appear in the 2nd or 3rd bill.
