I’m new to koodo. When I check the estimate bill, I find the one time connection fee. But the in store agent have never told me about this fee. How could I do to waive this ? I can’t reach the customer service online.

Unfortunately, connection fee is a system fee. I don’t think it can be reversed. It is automatically applied when you activated instore or with the help of a rep by phone.
You could check your service agreement when you activated the service with Koodo, there was an item for connection fee.
