So, my bill cycle is from the 8th- 7th of each month. I just cancelled my service on the 9th, one day after a new bill starts, and I have to pay a full month’s bill? Can someone please point out where I find this in the contract? I cannot seem to locate it.

Hi @SHowell 

When porting out/ canceling, a partial credit will be applied on the final bill (next bill date coming after the cancelation date).

I received this bill since I cancelled the service. The bill was sent to me due to the cancellation. It states I pay a full month bill for 1-day worth of service. I would have had to sign this agreeing to this.  Please advise where I can find it.

@SHowell The services have been canceled two days after the bill date. A partial credit will apply on the final bill, that will be issued in March. If you have further questions, please let us know and we can send you a PM with more details.
