Last month I was charged twice for my daughter’s data. I paid it assuming it was because I got her a new phone number. This month it happened again, I have been charged twice for my daughter’s data. I am frustrated.

How is it that you got charged twice? Could you show us a screenshot of your invoice (personal information masked! this is a public forum) of the double charge?


Hi @Tracey LF, is this about the line ending in 27? There was a number change during the last bill cycle (from the line ending in 54) and the credit for the partial charges were added on this 54 line.

You can see the breakdown per line on page 3 of your bill. You can also compare the partial charges for the 27 line $47.56 (page 😎 which match the partial credit for the 54 line -$47.56 (page 14).
