I was charged for roaming on Vancouver Island a few times. I attend school there and in certain spots I guess It picks up US signal, I was wondering how I could get these charges reversed or reimbursed thanks

Did you see the roaming fee in your latest bill yet? or was it just a roaming warning text?
If it was an accidental roaming fee, Koodo will refund it for you.
