Hello,
during the last billing cycle, I changed my Koodo plan to a different one. But for this month’s bill, I was charged the full amount for both plans at the same time.
How can I get this fixed?

We have reviewed  the account and we can see this happened because the change was made in the first the day of the new billing cycle.

A refund for the old plan will be applied to your next bill.
