Charged for easyroam while in Canada

My wife was charged for easy roam when we were not in Canada. The date was Apr. 1, 2024 I believe. We were driving somewhere east of Kingston, ON

 

Could we please get this charge reversed?

Hi there @intudes 

For the above mentioned Roaming charges, we confirmed it was indeed accidental and a credit was applied with immediate effect, the new amount will update in the overview section of the Self Serve account. 

Please follow @Goran  suggestion to avoid future charges.
