Charged for Easy Roam while in Canada

I was charged for Easy Roam while in Canada on Sun Feb 4 12:53 pm. How can I get the charges removed from my bill?

Did the easyroam fee show up in your latest bill yet? or was it just a roaming warning text?

As well, was you traveling near US border recently?

Hi Dinh - A $15 Easy Roam charge is on my last bill. I did not travel to the US, but I was at a beach in Victoria BC and my phone must have automatically connected to an American carrier.

In the future, if you are near the US boarder , make sure to manually select Koodo as your network instead of having it as automatic

Thanks, Dennis. I had traveled to the US a few months prior and had changed my settings to automatic, but forgot to change it back to manual when I returned.

We have reviewed the charge and we were able to apply a credit since it was triggered due to accidental roaming, please check your self serve when you get the chance.
