Was driving through Northern Ontario, phone connected to US and charged me for easy roam despite me never going into the states - was driving alone so I could not turn off in time. Can I have that charge removed please?

We could not authenticate the account based on the log in method you used here. You can log out of the Community and when you log in, use the Self Serve option, as shown in the picture below: 


I have been trying that method but it doesn't work... It keeps erroring out. Really annoying that I can't get this to work.

Do your have the option to try on a different device, a laptop or PC? 


Exact same thing is happening on my desktop... This is so silly that I can't get any help....
