Hello,
I recently paid for roaming while I was in the U.S., but I’ve now received a new roaming charge even though I haven’t left Canada. Could you please review this and remove any incorrect charges?
Thank you!

I’ll flag a rep to take a look into it since you were still in Canada.

To prevent this in the future you can change your network settings from automatic to manual and then select Koodo
Hi
If it is still pending please let us know once a bill showing the charge has been issued and we will look into it then.
in self service it says: Last payment: $90.72 received onNov 11, 2024, But in bank it is still pending
So lets take a step back.
How do you know you were actually charged for Easy Roam while still in Canada?
Have you downloaded your detailed PDF ebills?

Of course I checked and it is saying additional : EasyRoam $42 , I understand why I was charged in October for EasyRoam but why it happens again doesn't make any sense.
Did you adjust your phone network settings to manual network selection mode?

Yes, I did it yesterday
Hi there
We verified the account and the only roaming fees charged was for the dates of October 12, 13, 14 which you mentioned that it was the correct period: “ I understand why I was charged in October for EasyRoam “ .
We do not see other fees on the account. The November invoice is not yet released, if you see charges that you do not agree with, feel free to reach out when the invoice is ready in the Self Serve account and we will definitely look in to that.
