I was called by the Marketing Department (or whatever these incessant, intrusive phone pitches are called) and asked ‘How are your services? ,,,and by the way we have x number of services for you’. I said no to all but the guy said ‘if you don’t activate Prime, you won’t be charged’. Guess what? 3 months later, I am charged. And this company prevents you from talking to anyone for relief. I don’t think anyone in this community can actually reverse this charge so I am prepared to spend hours calling them. After this billing period, I’ll be switching providers. I’ve been a customer since 2008

Never mind. I went through the sequence and got it off my account. However, I was still charged $9.99 for a service I did not ask for and never activated. Can anyone in this community remedy this?
Reps come and go on the community. So yes, your problem will be fixed on the community.

We verified and feature and we confirmed that it was not activated. As the feature was removed during this bill cycle, the reimbursement for the charged amount is pending to be applied on the next invoice.
