I was charged $55 15GB UL Can mins SFD, $10 for 12GB Add-on and $10 for 3GB Add on, but never requested those add ons. I would like them reversed.
Were you one of the customers who experienced a data glitch with Koodo recently?
Not sure, how would I be able to check if I was? Anyway you can help with this?

We looked into it and we can see the add ons were added by replying to text offer or in self serve.
If you need more information about the dates, we can send you a PM, please let us know.
If you don’t need the add ons, you can remove them in self serve - Mobile Services → Manage Add ons.
We also recommend checking in self serve if there are better plan options for you
