Hi there - on September 21 2024 I was in the US and used easy roam for less than 24 hours. 
 

I then received an incorrect charge of $14 on September 22 2024 but I was back in Canada by noon. It shouldn’t have restarted the cycle as it wasn’t even 24 hours…. 
 

This happens quite a lot, along with random charges and I’ve let it go but this time I want it to be corrected.

We have reviewed the details and data usage indicates the phone remained connected to US towers on the 22nd. 

Easy Roam triggers per calendar day.
