Charged $$$ after porting Koodo Prepaid ph# to Public Mobile

5 days after porting a Koodo Prepaid # to Public Mobile, a $282.50 charge was placed on my CC for an unknown 'Koodo Top-up'.  The prepaid account was always in good standing and ported to a TELUS owned MVNO.

This doesn’t seem like a reasonable charge.  How can I report it or get it reconciled?

Appreciate any help!

If you login to your prepaid account do you see this transaction?

The account associated with the koodo-pp# is no longer available to login to.  I presume that it was disabled when the porting to Public-Mob was finished.

I discovered the charge on my Credit card transactions.

Hi @Justgo 

We have limited access to prepaid accounts on our end, however, we recommend scheduling a call back through the virtual assist,  so a rep from the prepaid team can look into it further.
