Hello,

I had two phone numbers under 1 account. I cancelled my both numbers on 24th November and paid all dues. But this month I received bill and only for one number while didn’t get any for another. I had already cancelled by calling the customer service and received a confirmation mail also. So why am I charged for the period of December to January? There is no balance forward from last bill also
