I assumed you enabled roaming.

I recommend you check your self-serve and see the usage section to find out which service Koodo claimed you use. From there you could recheck the phone to see if that actually happen.

If you follow the steps in the article, you will be able to find out what triggered Easy Roam.  I can also provide a step by step video if you need one

thank you for your reply i checked my bill and it says call 1 minute but i never answered any call so both time for 1 minute it shows and i got charged total 32 dollars can you please reverse those charges as it is not right.

We verified the day of the charges and found that the Easy Roam was indeed activated by 1 minute incoming calls, one in each day.
